Do any of you gets a deja vu before a seizure starts ??
@A MyEpilepsyTeam Member deja vu is a type of seizure. its a seizures that warns you that you are gonna get a bad seizure. if its a partial it called an aura seizure.
I do. I feel pressure in my head, pain, and dizziness. The pressure normally builds up during the day or hour, but when I get the pain and dizziness that's when I know it's time to sit down or I fall down.
Thank you xx
I do. About 75% of my seizures I cant remember the aura or feelings leading up to it. But the 25% i do, i almost ALWAYS get a bit spacey, i feel like ive just lived that minute and a half im stuck in 10 times over. I also noticed that if im trying to speak as one comes over me, i repeat ths same sentence.
Keep in mind how many seizures you have had tho. Its possible youre having feelings of deja vu as you recall previous seizures and the way you felt then, epsecially if youre having them in similar settings. Hope this helps and that you can find peace within this crazy world.
@A MyEpilepsyTeam Member: Well, I'm intuitive in the first place. And, yes I get 'Deja vu' prior to seizures. My brain holds on to these experiences too. I don't know whether you maintain those experiences or they're forgotten soon after the seizure is over.
There's a also a guy in the city who has 'Left Temporal Lobe Epilepsy' and is a 'Medium.' He's very accurate!
