Can I Receive Disability Benefits For My Siezures

I have granmal eplieptic siezures. They have only been getting worse and worse. Would I qualify for disability help?

If you apply , to be on the safe side you may want to start with SSI . Then a little later see if you qualify for SSDI

Most important thing, is to make sure you have many Documents from all your Dr.’s who know about your Epilepsy. You may even want to make an appt. and to your Dr. about it.

Yes you can get SS and Dissabilty. You get on-line and fill out there stupid 24 page document only to get Denied The you get a attorney.

Every state is different when it comes to the rules. In my state they base it on how long you have went without having a seizure. If you have went a certain amount of time without having any they will not consider you disabled even if your doctor states otherwise. No matter what though your best bet is to get a disability lawyer to help with your case.
