I once took a focal partial seizure when my dentist was giving me a filling and closed my mouth whilst he was drilling! As a result, if my epilepsy is going through a bad phase, I put my dental appointment off for a couple of weeks.

It depends on your dental insurance, I paid $100, I am on a new insurance now so I really don't no how much it costs. I hate going to the dentist, I need a lot of work done, I had a retainer because I had a bad seizure and fell and my two front teeth were broken and I have needed to have a lot of work done of them but my job keeps me from going, I don't have the time off. How are you doing today? Have some pop corn, Today is National Caramel Popcorn day, Enjoy your weekend.Chat with you later. Take care. GOD BLESS!

Yes! My dentist uses epip to make the dental numbing agent last longer and i was not aware at the time that i had epilepsy. I had a very extremely weird reaction ( i now know it was a seizure) i guess it raised my heart rate so much along with my nerves already being alittle on the edge.

We now know not to use epip in the numbing agents for me.
