Started keto diet and seizures less severe. Taking CBD oil and it seems to help too.

I have partial complex seizures. My VNS seems to have taken care of most of my nocturnal seizures (that is about it, still have tons of auras and some seizures in the day). I've used marijuana with success for my breakthroughs. Not the CBD oil, I tried it, it helped a tiny bit, but not noticeably more than my rx for Valium. I mean the real deal, actual marijuana...It works more efficiently than the Valium in stopping them when I have clusters. If you are in a weed legal state, that would honestly be my top option. Out of everything I have tried, it seems to work the most.

I used to have morning and night seizures. My trick is deep breathing , hippy vitamins, and med. it's mostly vitamin cbd oil. That and the keto/Atkins diet.

I do. Along with tonic clonics and absence seizures.
I have a VNS implant and I follow a strict Keto diet-as a treatment for epilepsy.
My nocturnal a and absence seizures are pretty much gone.

My son has nocturnal epilepsy - tonic-clonic. Trileptal has worked thus far for him. We tried medical cannabis but have not found anything that worked.
