An aura is different for everyone. It lets you know when you are going to have a seizure. Not everyone gets them. It can vary from tasting metal, hearing ringing, being temperature or sound sensitive, palpitations, and the more common, ones, confusion and fear.

An aura is basically when you have a strange feeling that something is about to happen. You start feeling ticklish, start seeing lights or darkness or both.

a aura seizure is a warning seizure. it is a inner body simple partial (focal onset aware) seizure. it is basiclly a seizure that warns you that you are gonna have a bad seizure. some people all you get is the auras and that is it. but some people (like me) have multiple seizures and it starts with the auras.
every aura is different base on where your triggers are...
Frontal lobe usually is feeling a wave or ripple that travels through your head, twitching or stiffening in your arm, hand, or other part of your body, headache or pain.
Temporal lobe usually is a sensation in your stomach like you’re falling or riding a rollercoaster, feelings of déjà vu, an odd or unusual taste or smell, hearing unexplained music or a song, a sudden intense emotion like fear, happiness, or anxiety.
Parietal lobe usually is tingling or numbness, feeling of something crawling on your skin, feeling as if one arm or leg is bigger or smaller than the other, feeling out of your body.
Occipital lobe usually is seeing things that aren’t there, hallucinations, seeing flashing or colored spots or lights.

Its just a feeling when a person is feeling paranoid and differs from person to person feeling frustrated, not yourself best is just chill off and sleep it off.
Try your best you'll be surprised how you feel when you wake up, better than what you felt before chilling off.
