An aura is a warning sign your body is giving off before you have a seizure

HUGS. I am scared to have one with my youngest daughter. She is the only one now living at home and I really do not think she would know what to do. My boyfriend is the one that is there to help me through all these seizures. So i thank God for not having any Grande mal with my children....yet.

Not as much painic I'm just worried about the people around me panicking although the seizures I have are peri-mal seizures and last at most 2 minutes everyone always freaks out when I have one
