Service dog partner here. She was trained to be a Seizure Response Dog, only because she seemed to know I was gonna seize.
So I had a short lived aura. It went away, and I was good. The dog said ,"NO! " 10 minutes later she's going bonkers.
We hired a trainer who worked with the TSA dogs at the airport
And the rest is history.
It's been said only 10% of dogs can tell.

I’ve heard many stories of just a normal house pet , usually dogs 🐕 and cats 🐱. Sensing us seizure.

There are also seizure service dogs that are trained to sense our seizures.

I once had a cat that knew when I was going to have a seizure and would go to get my mother.

My dogs can tell. They are all hyper but get really calm when I'm having seizures, my husband tells me
