Has anyone ever had a seizure while at the Doctor is trying to talk to you, or their blood pressure to be real high before having a seizure?

This was the first time that I know of having a seizure at this Doctor's office while he was in the room with me. I am glad though that it happened so that he could see what happens when I'm having one though, and it was scary.

if its a check up... take a friend/family. if you have a big test then alternate friends/family. if the dr is talking about the test or check up, bring a friend/family. if you have testing or something, then dont take a friend/family. if you get the results then bring a friend/family.

My very first grand mal seizure was in front of the er doctor. I had just had my oldest son 2 days before and when I was at home I had dropped him while going to change his diaper. When my husband walked in the room he was on the floor and I was sitting on the edge of the bed staring off into space. He immediately took both of us in. Luckily, my son was ok.

friends/family can also remind you of stuff that you will forget (like trying new treatments or diets)

Lol..yeah I have had seizures at lots of doctor visits. They don't realize I'm having them, cause I say I'm fine...when in reality I just am trying to have the seizure without drama.
