A MyEpilepsyTeam Member asked a question 💭

I am mainly classed as narcoleptic and I was wondering about how many other people out there were on [[treatment:Melatonin:5526d0531fcaa353cc0029f5]] for sleep as I barely get any these days. Is this the best one? I have Fortes etc. but they just knock me out. Does anyone think these would be any good?

All the teas work for me to. I don't use a strong dose one or two drops at the most. If it's all or any then yes hot tea of any kind is the way I go to.

Melanin is natural so taking it increases its strength. I am not saying it is good or bad because I don't know enough about it. The best person to ask if it is the best of course is a professional or get two opinions. Before the next appt You have with this Dr. do some of Your own personal research on line/use the internet-ask some questions: is it smart to take when a person is taking medicine to control seizures etc, side effects what are they: good or bad etc. Give those to Your Dr. Keep one thing in mind one essential part of having epilepsy is getting sleep.

@A MyEpilepsyTeam Member melanin is natural. your body protruded this when you are falling asleep. some people dont know how to rest so melanin tablets help.
@A MyEpilepsyTeam Member melanin is in your body anyway. and there are different kinds of epilepsy. the 'epilepsy should not be taking [[treatment: melatonin:5526d0531fcaa353cc0029f5]]' only one type. same with video games. it said 'warning! may cause epilepsy' but that is if its photosensitive seizures.
