I read some information some time back. Another person was worried about seizuring at a concert. My first suggestion was to wear sunglasses. Then I did a little research and found a special blue lens glasses , that is supposed to help with seizures. I don’t remember what they were called . You may want to research about these glasses.

Myself I stay away from them and if at a concert or wedding we leave if they turn them on, I will not take the risk being 22 yrs sz free

Like you I love going to concerts but the last few years have stopped because I get to hot and have a seizure. Also if I have been standing in big crowds medical crews have had difficulty getting to me.
