When I started taking it i couldn't function at all. Had to be off work for about a month. I was tired all the time and couldn't stay awake for the life of me. It took a while (and i mean a long time) for my body to get used to it and now im fine.

I had tremors from Lamictal. The higher the dose the worse they got.I stopped it and they went away.

I'm on Topamax still which I took with the Lamictal, and I take Keppra. I also am on clonazapam for breakthrough seizures. Keppra does make me a bit irritable but like I told my hubby at least it has improved my siezures so he can just ignore it since he knows whats causing it. When he's grouchy I pt up with him and he's not on meds lol

May I ask, now that your no longer taking lamictal. What are you taking?
