I wear a Medic Alert UK bracelet... They are a great organisation and keep all your medical information on their database! My bracelet has been my lifesaver!

I also have military style dog tags. I made my own through https://www.mydogtag.com/ You can customize them how you want. Mine have my name, that I have partial complex seizures, VNS implant, and emergency contact. Also says to look into my wallet for detailed medical info. The printout in my wallet is more detailed, it has all my meds, surgical history, and even how to use the VNS. Thankfully I've never had to have it used by others. The company I got them through were very inexpensive, and they have been worn on almost a daily basis and are durable.
