@A MyEpilepsyTeam Member i think you have auras or almost seizures. i first have pins and needles, and sometimes my eyesight is double (like i am seeing 2 of you). and sometimes i smell something like nickles or something.
i am no dr but i know my body and i am guessing you based on my own experience with my seizures over the years.

It’s amazing how many people are misdiagnosed with panic disorder who actually have epilepsy.

I have focal seizures only. The neurologists say mine are from my temporal lobe. I've never had a convulsion or any seizure like that. Mine are all partial seizures.

i have uncontrollable partial seizures. focal and partials are the same thing (if you dont believe me google it). anyway i have phases if seizures. it is a spaceout seizure, the lip thing, the ma thing, and the grand mal. i have partials (or focal) because it is on one side or it starts at one side.
there is 2 parts of the partials... the simple and the complex. simple means controlled and complex is uncontrolled.
i was a kid when i was diagnosed and now i am 32. i know a lot, seen a lot, and tried a lot of meds.

@A MyEpilepsyTeam Member I am not sure what kind of seizures those are I have cluster seizures and mine come with my period 🤭
