How Do You Start Your Day?
A MyEpilepsyTeam Member asked a question 💭

I'm realllly trying to better myself. Alot of things I read and listen to say that your morning routine is what gets you set for the day. Most mornings when I wake up I feel very exhausted and feel the need to move very slow. I want to get past that. I know I freak myself out sometimes thinking I may have a seizure and then I get my heart racing and usually end up having shakes. I'm feeling confident. I need to get back to loving myself

@A MyEpilepsyTeam Member has a very good promotion of starting a positive day. May have difficulty doing it some days, but the start helps through the day. A rushing beginning can at times infringe on the day, for me. However, we're all a little different and need to discover what's best personally. Trying other ways may or may not help, each attempting. Just take it easy and don't change too much at once, without support being there.
May God be with you.
