I have no driver license due to my seizures and i may never get it back. I would like information on different types of transportation to get to places on my own. I hate having to rely on others for that.

If you live in a populated area or big city, see if there are any city bus stops by you and get the bus info. It will show you the buses route #, what areas it picks up in , and the times it picks up in those areas. Then there is the Taxi Service. They cost more , but if you do take a taxi , you may want to research for the cheapest taxi company. Some counties ( well whereI live ) have a bus that drive iaround cities in and around the county . I don’t know how popular Uber is in your state, but you might want to check on that .

If you get a hold of the Epilepsy Foundation they could possibly help you find the info you need

I use them only when I have to. It eventually can cost a lot. If I used it when I wanted to I probably would be using it more

Uber or ask Google :)
Google will tell you how to get to your destination with time :)

I'll agree with mbeech. Lyft is a good one to use. I'm not just saying that because I drive for them. The fact that I have, some of my passengers have told me how expensive Uber is compared to Lyft. I did a little research myself. Lyft is almost always about $8 less than Uber regardless of destination. Also, if your doctor operates out of a hospital like mine does, you may be able to work with the hospital to get shuttle transportation. I hope this helps.
