Hi all! Why don’t we start an epilepsy exercise group? Like Gerald’s dating idea. I’m not sure how many people in the US live close to each other, but exercise is BRILLIANT for relieving stress, increasing your energy levels, and giving you that endorphin rush. It really helps me to overcome the fatigue and makes me feel good. I know that not everyone is into exercise, but even some yoga can make you feel so much better. AND you can do it in a safe environment. Think about it 🤗.
I like the idea. I used to feel very tired and sleepy all the time until I started exercising. It made and continues to make a great difference in my mood and my health for the better.
