I have made a routine of taking my medications, however, when something disrupts that routine, I sometimes tend to forget to take my medication. How you found anything useful to help you remember take your medications?
i have a pill case. i take 2 meds in the morning and 2 at night. i refill my pill case every saturday. i also know a week, or more, in advance when to call the Rx store and/or the dr when i run out.
i use to get 3 times a day and i had a watch that has the alarm thing in it. then the alarm goes off i take my meds. the watch and the pill case will get an extra help to get the meds on time.
If you’re out of your home bring a pocket pill box. If your cell phone is stuck to you like many of us , set your alarms for the time of your medication
Playing memory game can help improve a little . The next best thing is to use a calendar and a notepad to write stuff down .
If your going to an event or have an appt, you can write the event and time down on the calendar. Another good use for the calendar is, writing down your seizures.
You can use a notepad or notebook to write reminders down or if your planning on getting groceries, you can write down a list.
I set really annoying "red alert" alarms into cell phone.
I also use a 7 day pill box
I use a empty small mint tin for pills when I leave the house.
Got a pill box to lay on my table, is a weeks supply at a time! Alarms on iPad and telephone come in handy! Thanks for asking
