Migraine And Nose Bleeds

Anyone get migraine ans nose bleed?
I alway have this migraine on my left side but a new symptom has emerged. Nose bleed. I get the pain and then a nose bleed and then the pain disappears.

you should get your B/P check when it does that it may be high

Please get that checked when it use to happen to me it was aneurisms.

Yes I get really bad migraines that make me sick. Usually I get a soft lump on the lowerleft side of my heaad. But I have also had 8. Concussions

My BP is normal. Its actually kinda low.
