Waking Up Not Knowing Where You Are In A Familiar Place?

Has any one experienced waking up from sleep not knowing where you are in a fimilar place?
Think it is a type of partial seizure. Like deja vu but the opposite.

Every night and i am always convinced I have swallowed my ring or something. I sit bolt upright and panic then it passes. X

Yes I do when I have a kip during the day and when I go to bed at night.
