Shake your own hand dont let it bother you but dont you think that it would look funny shaking your own hand ,think on this at least your not in a chair or can see or hear... love the thought that you are you own itsheri

Hi MrCYmyvideo, I would get the levels of your meds checked asap. i became toxic on meds many years ago and developed a frequent twitch in my hands

Hope this doesn't scare the bejaseus out of you - it could also be simply myoclonic seizures that I was told are easier than most seizures to control.

What kind of meds do you take?? It could be a side effect from a medicine. I have similar problems caused by taking Lamictal.
