Since all of this began for me in March 2016, I have noticed a pronounced change in my moods. One minute I can be perfectly happy, calm and together and the next minute the frustrations, the anxiety, the anger just rears it's ugly head. I have a great mood and then started getting an attitude. We have now figured its the medication keppra that I take.

I deal with the same issues as you, with my moods. Mine started in 2019z. I have yet to get answers from anyone, sad to say.
I hope an answer comes soon.

There are a couple of reasons for mood swings. Some people may get moody after a seizure
Then there are many meds out there , that have the side effects and can give mood swings or change behaviors.
Try also the generic version of keppra they are not the same drug in every way. Simular but not exact
