Getting That Extra "kick"

So I'm off to Disney world later in the year (October to be exact) and I'm really struggling with my energy levels after about 3/4pm but the effort you need at Disney is beyond any normal day so I'm slightly worried I'm gona drag my Disney crazy mate down with me.

Anyone have any energy level tips they could share that helps boost their energy levels - be it food, drink etc.

have you had your thyroid checked to see if it is ok? that is one of the signs. other idea eat small snacks so your sugar does not crash. doesn't caffine cause problems for you

Buy one of those bandanas that do the same thing as the blue ice packs you put in your cooler my experience it worked well then all you have to do is refreeze it when you are done think they last 8 to. 10 hours depending on temp
