When my mind is congested or full of thoughts, I'll get up, make a cup of tea, sit on my laptop for a while. By this time, my mind is otherwise occupied, then I manage to get some sleep.

Sure it is... Insomnia, millions of thoughts, Meds, anything of these can affect My ability to sleep, how about Yours?

@A MyEpilepsyTeam Member You are correct. It did not say that the only people who get dementia are those who do not sleep. It said that those who do not get good sleep have a higher chance of getting dementia. It is similar to the fact that you have a higher chance of having a stroke or getting heart disease if you have diabetes. This is not saying that you will get either, but it is saying that it increases the odds that you will.

Sudoku is fun and it challenges my brain. After I solve the puzzle I'm surprisingly calm!
