Google this stuttering device called "Speech Easy", it's like hearing-aid device but can be used for stuttering. I haven't tried to tell if it works well or no. However, I saw a video on YouTube, a guy stutter but after he wore the device, it reduced the stuttering by 80٪‏. Or check the HCRI program.

my son has stuttering due to seizures,sometimes he will try 15 times before he gets it out. No dr has ever recommended any treatment

I had a brain tumor removed it was next to my speech and sight center. I don't stutter. I do mess up words some times. I can't remember the right words sometimes.

I heard of speech easy device for stuttering I may give a try, it gives back feedback of your own talk.
