I am to mean to let my seizures to get me down and I will not let them to take over my life that I have.becouse I let my seizures to take over my life one time and it took me a very long time to get my life back the way it was before. So I have to fight with all of my seizures to try to keep them from coming on especially at night time when I am sleeping and it's hot at night time. The cold weather brings on my seizures also so when it's very cold I try not to go outside because of my seizures. I just can't not do nothing because I like to go for long walks to the store and back home

Anybody at anytime or any age can be diagnosed with Epilepsy. There are many Celebrities, actors, athletes, and ect. , out there you may know who have epilepsy.

Epilepsy is NOT Contagious. That's a MYTH. Now getting Epilepsy from genetics , is very possible.

Epilepsy has been around for hundreds maybe thousands of years. The majority of the average people of present day, still have no clue what Epilepsy is.

That they shouldn't feel embarrassed when hearing information about epilepsy. I find that others are absolutely great when I reveal that I have epilepsy. Cautiously, they might ask a question, then sit there mutely looking like deer in the headlights. It takes a little while for them to loosen up. Also, and I don't know how to change this, I wish they weren't so afraid of seeing a seizure, whatever variety. It's not always pretty, but it passes and I may need a little help.

How my mind is not all there after a seizure, it takes me about 3 hours to understand what people are saying after a seizure. I hate when they talk to me right after a seizure it bothers me that i cant answer them. I wish people felt the side effects of seizure drugs. Then they would know why feel like we do.
