Seizures And Computers As Triggers?
A MyEpilepsyTeam Member asked a question 💭

Anyone else have seizures triggered by computers or devices like iPads? I'm an author and am on them near constantly and my doctor seems to think they may have something to do with it. I can't exactly NOT be on them, so yeah....just curious about other people and how they deal. :)

I had to stop using devices for day's and sometimes weeks, just to protect myself. I found that wearing rose colored tint in my prescription glasses opened up a whole new world for me..my optometrist suggested it would help the glare and strobe triggers.

I've tried writing on a notebook, the words don't flow. It's like I can't write fast enough. :(

Or write your stories in a notebook and then once it's finished have someone else type it up for you?
