Has anyone ever been discriminated against or refused a job because of epilepsy? I understand there are some jobs that are risky for individuals with epilepsy,but let me tell you why Im asking this question. i was fired for having one in a pt room at work. the healthcare provider didn't know what to do with me. 10 years ago. work at home nice to be off at Christmas

Yes I have had some jobs that harassed me and jobs that respected me and new about my epilepsy.
I use to work the grave yard shift at a poster printing company. We basically printed big posters for stores and shops. Anyway I don't remember having any seizures there , but iI think they new something was up with me . I was slower than they were and because of that was harassed and criticized. Every once in a while , if there was a cool poster , everyone would take the posters that didn't turn out right or perfect. There was this one poster I liked and my boss yelled and lectured me . But yet everyone else were also grabbing this poster. That manager in my area even tried getting me fire. It wasn't fun working there because of that.
