I have epilepsy and I'm on medicine but lately I have not been able to go to stores without gettin ddizzy and scared how can i deal with the anxiety

Anxiety could be a side affect and so cooks dizziness. I found i was dizzy when my dose was too high for the cocktail i was taking and also if i had them too soon after food
