Anyone Experience Insomnia And Fatigue

I have trouble sleeping at night. Once I get to sleep I toss and turn which wakes me up and I can rarely get back to sleep. I am always tired during the day. I yawn all day long, I can't wait till it's time to put my daughter to bed so I can sleep too. I don't know what to do.

I had a hard time sleeping and felt tired during the day. My Dr. had me do a sleep study. They found out that I had sleep apnea. He started me using a cpap and it made a big difference in my sleeping. I'm also not tired every day now. You might looking to having your Dr. getting you to do a sleep study.

Try a hot bath or shower. When I was out to my brother's ,my sister-in-law and I would put on our bathing suits and go into her hot tub every night. Boy did that make me tired!
