Don't want to rub salt in the wound I'm the opposite,i struggle to keep my eyes open. I could sleep the clock round. It can be seriously frustrating

I had a hard time sleeping and felt tired during the day. My Dr. had me do a sleep study. They found out that I had sleep apnea. He started me using a cpap and it made a big difference in my sleeping. I'm also not tired every day now. You might looking to having your Dr. getting you to do a sleep study.

Try a hot bath or shower. When I was out to my brother's ,my sister-in-law and I would put on our bathing suits and go into her hot tub every night. Boy did that make me tired!

All the time. I have so much insomnia, that I've been a night owl all my adult life. During school days I stay up through out the late night through morning . Ones my kids are off to school and on the bus , I go to bed.

Try sleepy time tea it has a mix of Camellia and soothing relaxing teas... Try reading, listening to soothing sounds like meditating to the sounds of nature and animals I love the sounds of the oceans the whales are my fav...
