They are not sure where my seizures are coming from but most of the time they come from fatigue, to much stimulation, and stress are my main factors. As far as a what happens depends on the seizure. If I have a gran mal seizure after my convulsion I usually go to sleep for hours. If it's a peti mall seizure then I lose consciousness for a short period of time and I'm tired but can usually move on with my day.
