When my neurologist increased my dosage i started having nightmares

I have very vivid and insane dreams, on or off any medication. One thing that has helped I did a sleep study and found out I have severe complex sleep apnea. Since I started using an avs device ( similar to cpap or bipap) I do not have nearly as many of these type dreams, if I happen to fall asleep without the machine I am almost guaranteed I will wake up from a wild dream. May want to check into a sleep study?

I get very vivid dreams, sometimes waking dreams too where I can hear what is going on around me and still have the dream at the same time. I wake feeling exhausted and emotional.

Yes very vivid dreams nightmares. Wish I could wake up ones lol

Oh yeah! Very vivid, mostly on the negative side. I joke about keeping a notebook on my bedside table to write them down as they'd make for great B-movie horror flicks lol. I also wake with headaches more often than not, but that is due to my Intracranial Hypertension.
