my short term memory drives me insane, it gets so annoying when you can't recall things any other time that you no you know

Complex partial sezuires are often described as losing awareness. I too have been told I have complex partial sezuires. It's from radiation damage in my case but I have never lost awareness. It does depend on how brain activity and if you sezuires spreads across your brain. For me they do. Start majority in right temporal lobe and spreads to left and occipital. I often know cause of my symptoms.

Still wondering if I have them in my sleep too.,

I have the same time complex partial seizures And break through seizures.
And I can remember things sometimes after a seizures. According to the Dr this

I’ve got complex partial seizures and I’m aware of the seizures happening it started out for me as simple partial and absense and more on my hormones I was on 29 when I was diagnosed as I got older it shifted to complex partial seizures and other types of seizures like absense,focal, cluster and taking them in my sleep and having involuntary movements when I’m aware too x x
