I do not take medication.Instead I look for natural remedies, so I tried the 500mg of magnesium pill and it had me curled up in the fetal position 2 days later. It gave me the worst stomach cramps ever. So now i take my magnesium transdermally which ensures maximum absorption. I think magnesium in pill form is only absorbed about 20-30 % because ot has to go through the stomach first. It helps me sleep like a baby (lack of sleep is my main trigger) that and lavender essentialo oil. I swear the lavender is like knock-out gas,lol.
I wake up refreshed and my seizures have decreased

I read up a lot on the benefits of magnesium and tried it in pill form. Lemme tell u , I was curled up in a fetal position because of the excruciating pain in my abdomen. Needless to say I never took it again but instead fount something on Amazon called Magnesium oil, i think its by ancient minerals. It's transdermal, which is just a fancy way of saying it absorbs through the skin. I found that initially I had some seizure relief but after a while, They started to break through. I think that in conjunction with other natural remedies/minerlas it could be successful.Next I'm gonna try vitamin B, magnesium oil, folic acid an d fish oils

Just Standard White "Magnesium Tablets". Yes, are "Natural Valley Brand". No SEIZURE change, still ZERO last 1/2 dozen Month's. No change.
