So I am trying to figure out if anyone grind their teeth
I can't tell if its caused by meds or if its a very small fit

I grind my teeth at night and when I have a seizure. At night I wear a mouth guard constructed by a dentist. With the bit marks on the retainer, I can see just how badly I grind my teeth. In my opinion, it pays to wear the mouth guards.

Seems like you are getting the same answer here. Yes I do too. I wish they had something to help us.

I grind my teeth. I don't ever remember doing this until things have progressed so negatively.

It's very common to do this whether you are having a seizure or not having one. Most people do it
