A MyEpilepsyTeam Member asked a question 💭

Ok finally I have a question. I read about a treatment for seizures that triggered by stress and lack of sleep. I cannot seem to find or remember the name of it. Can somebody help me with this?

Besides exercise, cannabinol treatment can be right for you. A good indica strain will have to sleeping like a baby with a smile on your face

My seizures are triggered by not getting enough sleep, I have anxiety too. I take lamotrigine it helps with both. I don't have problems sleeping, I have issues with staying awake, I am good as long as I get enough sleep and stay moving. Hope this helps

My Dr. Has me on Clonezepam to help me sleep . For stress I'm not sure what's out there that will not interact will your seizure meds. The best thing to do is talk to your Doctor.
