With me I tend to want to sleep after. I can ache for a few days after. If I get a warning I can lay down without falling in time but if I don't and fall hard on the floor it hurts. My back and legs still hurt a bit now from a seizure I had about 4 days ago as landed badly.
It varies on how bad the the seizure is and from person to person. I've and two before one after the other and taken to hospital. Longest one was about 30 minutes long

It depends. I usually just fall asleep but make sure someone is with me to make sure I don't have another one. I rest for the rest of the day.

Sometimes just a few minutes, sometimes an hour and other times it takes a couple of days. It really depend on how bad the seizure is. Most of mine last about 5 minutes. I have had them last longer and those are really tougher.
