Dating Problems For People With Epilepsy
A MyEpilepsyTeam Member asked a question 💭

I don't know if it is just me but I'm on a couple of sites and have been for sometime, as soon as I say I got epilepsy no one wants to know. It's like they are going to catch something from me or can't deal with it.
My question is has anyone else had same problem and does anyone know of any dating site for people with health problems in the UK that don't cost loads of money to join?

Hey dude if those girls are so shallow that when you tell them you have epilepsy they don't want anything to do with you you are probably better without. You'll find your perfect girl for you im sure of it☺

I have found those problems on dating sites to they all want money or sex only, it's pity because their spoiling things for others who are actually looking for someone special in their lives. There's just no trust there anymore

I can relate! When I had medical problems I lost my hair. Ppl had heard me talk about a car accident from when I was 12 yo, but many thought it was a fabrication for attention. The one day I am seen with my head shaved n it stayed cleanly shaven for 4 r more months. I have a scar on my head from top to back of ear, nobody had seen b4. When this scar was finally visible, it scared everyone! They wouldn't come near me! Eventually I let hair regrow n others forgot what they saw. That's just one example of how I know what u r going thru. My seizures happen while I'm sleeping between 2-4 a.m.
I'm in the USA. Sorry I can't suggest websites / dating sites in the UK. From what I've noticed on dating sites, Ppl want money or sex only.... Try church, or seizure meetings, or a store or coffee house to find a decent date. Good luck!

I'd say if they can't accept u then they aren't worth ur time. Obviously those people r jerks and don't know anything bout seizures. I mean seriously were not contagious

it all a site looking for a date.depends on how you approach a site looking for a date.my approach is no matter your height, weight, age, race, color, rich or poor, and a beauty or not.most women get turned off when they see that you are giving one type of women more looks then anybody else
