How To Live With Migralepsy
A MyEpilepsyTeam Member asked a question 💭

I was only recently diagnosed with migralepsy, I don't understand it and don't understand how to be ok with it and keep the ones I love safe . Any advice would be greatly appreciated?

It's actually a little more complicated then that. What I do know about migralepsy is that a migraine can happen before or after the epilepsy and with me the migraines are 24/7

That's crazy. I can't even imagine the feeling. I'm one of those lucky ones who rarely get headaches nor have I ever gotten a migraine .

From what I understand about it , Migralepsy, is a type of Epilepsy triggered by a migraine aura. So if you feel that migraine coming on you may want to get yourself in a safe spot.
