Yes! I have had 2 seizures on 2 separate flights. It was terrifying. The first time, my husband was with me. I got the aura and then had the seizure. I puked all over 3 people and in the oxygen mask. They left us in NC. My husband had to get me to a hotel after the hospital. I don't remember much until 2 days later. The second time I was by myself.virgin America airlines were very nice and tok great care of me. After that, I take 1 ml. Of Ativan when I board. That helps and haven't had another one on a plane. how do you get the card?i know the bracelet can be a little pricey,but at least if i have the card on me,in case i have one,ill feel a littlle bit better.

D@ I use a piece of High%-Cocoa Dark Chocolate and Citric Fruit or a Banana if no Ativan.

I fly periodically. Sometimes no problems at all. I make sure Ian hydrated for a long flight. ( cross-country) have things to do or read or watch. If a seizure starts use the Ativan, or close my eyes and relax.

This terrifies me, my first plan ride will be in Sept. I just hit my one year mark seizure free controlled by meds. I have been doing research about seizures and flying.
