Yes . That happen`s a lot when it come`s to a Grandma Seizure . A pitma seizure is really spooky . You don`t black out . You see ,as well as hear what is going on around you ....

Yes it very possible. Many of us have an Aura or a prewarning sign , before the seizure. There are those amount of people , like myself and possibly you Mary , when we don't have that warning sign or Auras to let us know a spell is coming. So when we have the seizure , we may not even know that we had the seizure. Most of the a family member or friend would tell me that I had a spell. At times I would have bicker a little back , because I don't believe that I had a spell. But in the back of my mind I know they're right.

A number of types of seizures can cause a "loss of awareness". I have had thousands of seizure like that, I just had two yesterday morning and didn't remember a thing. A complex partial seizure will do that. It does that to me all the time many times I don't even remember having a seizure at all until someone tells me I had one.

Yes, minor seizures whilst awake (not remembering) are petit mal seizures or absence seizures... These happened to me often when I was a teenager... Later they turned into tonic clonic seizures!
