Increased Meds And Leg Problems
Recently my Dr increased my Gabapentin three fold and added 100 mg of Topamax. Since the med change I've noticed a lot more leg pain and numbness. I can no longer walk a flight of stairs without stopping and even walking around the house has become a problem. They are keeping me awake at night twitching and aching. Is this normal, part of getting used to it?

Calcium
I am a 50 year old woman who is peri menopausal. I take Vitamin D twice a day as well as many AED. I be am wondering if I should take Calcium as well. Thank you
Definitely take Calcium Citrate! My Rheumatologist Doctor told Me when I saw Him 2 weeks ago begin taking it for the bones.
Do You Find Multivitamins And Calcium Supplements Helpful?
Speaking for myself, I don’t find them helpful. Constipating! I try to follow a low fat diet and exercise to strengthen my bones and ligaments.
I take vitamin D3, and my neurologist also let me know that that's a vitamin that I need to keep taking

Sleepwalking Seizures
Does anyone else have these?.. my seizures occur from left temporal lobe and I do have a continuous short term memory loss, comprehension problems, stuttering, and issues with leaning to the right when my eyes are closed and my right leg not lifting hight enough when I walk..my seizures started Dec 11 2014 a day after abdominal surgery. Has Your Condition You Have Put You In A Awkward Situation Of Some Kind Since Being Diagnosed With Your Condition?
It has me, I did mention the?
