For myself my mom would talk to my about my seizures. He or she would tell my mom what seizure type I was having.
My seizures types haven’t change much. Although I haven’t had cluster seizures since my DBS was put in.

You can just ask your neurologist and they’ll tell you what type of seizures you have

People need to see a Neurologist or Epileptologist, and go through a lot of tests to learn what is happening. I was diagnosed at 7. Back then they were called Petit Mal. From what I read today, they would call them Absence Seizures (now Partial Awareness).
