Members discussed glasses that may help with photosensitive seizures, with the conversation pointing to two main options: Zeiss Z1 lenses and FL-41 lenses as the most recognized choices. One member shared that their neurologist recommended FL-41 lenses and that they ordered a pair from Theraspecs after getting input from both their doctor and the community. A recurring theme was the importance of consulting a neurologist for personalized guidance, especially for those facing barriers like lack of insurance.
