A neutral food post? As for a desert in your diet as for cake or pies and ice cream and such etc, do you have a favorite that you have more

Than the other listed on the post here, I did some quick thinking about this and I am ok with what I usually eat and is ice cream and I do like cake and pie also, I don't eat that much of pie and cake that much like in my younger days with since I have my fasting diet I have in my life with and try to keep my calories in a good range of doing that, but I don't mind having that desert once in a while and on occasion with, there are so many variations of all mentioned here on deserts, I personally… read more
