Tonic Clonic seizures. Bedroom on other side of home. Worried about him during the night!
The one thing I have used is the Apple Journal app as it's free. It is something that came with on my iPhone 13 Pro Max smartphone. I found this to be the most convenient as I can make a specific journal for only Epilepsy. When needing to type in a seizure took place, I go into that Epilepsy journal then click the plus button in the bottom right. At the top in the title I place Seizure activity, 7/7/2026. The date can be whatever date I'm just giving an example but I always type in the date so I can easily find it. Then underneath the title I begin typing in details about the seizure I remember and explain it to the best of my ability.
What I like about this journal is every time I go into see my epilepsy specialist I will open the specific area showing the seizure activity taken place so he can skim through it to see what has taken place and the dates of when while we are talking. Should he like to see more detail than what has been read he can just click on that date then the date will open for him to read more about that day.
There have been many times when we have moved onto speaking about other matters as the information was good and he didn't need to see anything else regarding the dates when activity took place.
I have a Vagus Nerve Device which is one of my seizure detectors and the second seizure detector is my Deep Brain Detector device. Both of these items work together maintaining the flow of seizures on both sides.
