Trigger? I am not sure if it is, I have had a seizure yesterday and was looking at my phone and reading, but I'm not sure if it was the phone and did or I ask myself it was one that was coming at random and followed through and didn't know it? This has happened before even watching TV but on occasion and not all the time, so I'm just wondering what you think of the post I'm posting on this? Curious how you look at it and such is all?

Yes . Today’s phones, iPads / tablets , desk top computer / laptops,
Today’s TVs and even video game consuls .
All of these can trigger seizures from Blue screen and strobe light effects from video game council.

If I sit too close to my pc monitor I will have a seizure after a few hours. I found by staying about 3 ft from the monitor I can look at it all day without any problems. I don't use a smart phone, tablet, or laptop so I can't say how they might effect me. watching tv doesn't trigger seizures, I never sit close to a tv set, I'm most always across the room.
