I started my raised garden. I walk my dog and go out for coffee with friends once in a while.
I also volunteer with the epilepsy association in Edmonton, AB

Kelly, are you living in an area where you can get out and walk? Thankfully I am to where I can get out and walk my dog. Not being able to drive, myself just do some work outs at my place.

I try to move around and do some home exercises even if it's not everyday. I would even love to be going to the gym to reduce more weight. Just staying home was making me huge so just trying to stay healthy and get a smaller body.

I walk every day. Although I don’t feel like it. I’m always exhausted from the meds. But I do anyway. It’s good for the body and mind. If it is raining out or just nasty I will do what I can around the house. I have right sided weakness in my arm and leg but I try and do what I can. As I said before it’s good for my mind and body. And trying to be as active as I can be I feel it decreases the side effects of my meds- maybe not but maybe it does. I was always very active and never sat down so this has been quite a change for me .
