I’ve been having cluster seizures and had to get 10 mg of versed which apparently made me make bad decisions . I got a call from what I thought was my bank but was fraud . I was so out of it I ended up giving them all my information. $700 later and seizures here I am. Now I refuse to give out any information. It has been a complete disaster.

I actually went to the bank after I calmed down and the branch manager helped me. I filed a report with the FTC and a civil rights complaint. Thanks for the support. It means a ton.

U should never give ur information out to anyone that u didn’t call urself. If they have to call u back, make sure u know that it’s the right company, and u have the right to ask them to verify it’s them. Ask for a verification code b4 they call u back and then u know for sure that it’s not a scammer. I know I’m out of it both b4 and after a seizure and I’ve told ppl who do call after a seizure that I’m unable to talk to them and to call me back the next day. I’ve even hung up on government agencies and officials who try to get me to talk to them repeatedly after I tell them I can’t legally speak to them as my judgment is compromised. And sure they can get mad; but I’d rather be safe than sorry and if they are who they say they are- they know that once I’ve told them that, they are no longer legally allowed to ask me anymore questions. Better safe than sorry.
But I am very sorry to hear what happened to u. Have u tried calling ur bank and explaining the situation to them and ask for their help in getting ur money back? Most banks are more than willing to help u. U should also call the credit agencies such as Experian ( not sure if i spelt it right) and there’s 2 more that I can’t remember the names of right now , but ask them to flag ur name and credit requests to make sure that it’s actually u trying to get a loan, credit card and anything else that they can do with ur information. I didn’t give out any information about myself; but Income Support was broken into and I was one of 500 ppl whose information was stolen. Not even 3 weeks later they tried getting a $7000 loan, buy a car and just recently they tried getting a credit card under my name. Thankfully I had called the 3 major credit agencies and they were stopped. So while they have everything they need to get a loan and whatnot , they were unable to, and the agency flagged them as fraudulent ppl. I would hate to see something like that happen to u and u have no idea that a loan was issued until they come after u to pay it as the thief of course didn’t pay on it. I hope this is helpful to u. Take care and have a great day!!

I've had too many bad calls lately, I made a message using my voice tone. Since I've done that messages are no longer left for me. I know to call back if it's from any1 on my saved numbers.

I feel for you on what occurred, if I have a seizure I don't answer or use my phone till I feel okay, on my land line I have a sky shield so who ever calls has to say their name before I can answer, my mobile stops calls unless it's a contact number, Take care 🙏.
