Ringing in the ears for me is a sign my blood pressure is getting too high. that's about the only time I experience ringing. it is quite annoying especially if I'm trying to sleep

The ringing was annoying. I talked to my doctor, and he added headache medicine. I was on three medicines for this eventually. This is something you need to speak up about. Those were the first three medicines that were removed post-surgery because for me the headaches were gone.

I get that, too, most of the time. Mostly Left side. For several years.

I’ve had tinnitus for years - too many Punk Rock shows as a young adult. I have found some White Noise on AirPods or headphones helps the noise quiet down. I hope you’ve found some peace.
