It's dif per person, I am a emotional person myself, I don't have a prob with letting out my emotions, I am a hsp also in my opinion, as for the question, I think that is a good? I think myself it's a combo of things, my condition, and my meds, age, test, etc. over the years it used to be a big factor in my life with, but as time went by I learned to accept the condition and such etc that goes with my condition, it wasn't easy at first, but over the years it got more easier to handle, not that I don't realize what I have, but what to expect and after 51 yrs of having them I learned to accept and live with my current condition and such etc and I am not complaining about it, it is more stable than before and I am ok with it being that way, the medical field and the treatment and technology etc, hopefully they will find a cure for the conditions etc we all have, so hang in there and try and stay pos, my opinion
